Delete your Bectify account
Deleting your account removes your Bectify login. Your businesses' leads, calls and reports stay with each business.
- If you are the only owner of a business, transfer ownership in the web portal first. Otherwise that business would lose its admin, and the app will not let you continue.
- In the app, open More and tap Delete account.
- Confirm it is you by entering your password, or by requesting a code and entering the code we email you.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. We email a confirmation, and deletion finishes within 30 days.
- No phone at hand? You can do the same on the web at bectify.com/account/delete.
Still stuck?
Contact support and include your Diagnostics ID. In the app: More, tap the Diagnostics ID at the bottom to copy it. It lets support see your app version, platform and notification status without asking for anything private.
