Plans compared
This article compares the Solo and Core plans. You can change plans at any time.
What each plan includes
Solo — $79 a month, or $790 a year.
- 200 credits a month
- Your receptionist answers every call, day and night, in English and Spanish
- Website chat and appointment booking
- Appointment confirmation and reminder texts to your customers. On Solo, customers can't text back and forth with you or your receptionist.
- Call transfers to people on your team
- Instagram and Facebook messages in the Inbox
- 1 team seat
Core — $199 a month, or $1,990 a year. Everything in Solo, plus:
- 500 credits a month
- Two-way texting in the Inbox, with 300 text segments a month
- Follow-ups with past customers
- 3 team seats
In Mexico, WhatsApp takes the place of text messages: your customers reach you on WhatsApp, and those conversations show in the Inbox.

Monthly or annual
Every plan can be billed Monthly or Annual. The annual option is marked 2 months free: you pay once for the year and it costs less than twelve monthly payments.
The free trial
In the United States, every account starts with a 14-day free trial:
- Start free: no card, 60 free credits.
- Solo or Core: you add a card at sign-up and get 90 free credits. Your plan starts when the trial ends, or sooner if those free credits run out.

Accounts covered by Bectify
Some accounts in Mexico show Included by Bectify on the Plan & billing page. Those accounts have a plan but no subscription, card or invoices. To change the plan, contact your Bectify representative.
