Contact Bectify support
If you can't find an answer in the help articles, send the Bectify team a support ticket from the portal. A ticket keeps your question, the replies and its status in one place.
Submit a ticket
- Open Support in the portal menu. On a phone, open More first.
- Find Submit a ticket.
- Type a short Subject, up to 200 characters.
- Pick a Category: Billing, Agent setup, Calendar, Leads or Other.
- In Description, say what happened, what you expected and the steps that led to it.
- Choose a Priority. See the list below.
- Select Submit ticket.
You then see your ticket number. We review every ticket and reply on the Support page.
Choose the right priority
- P1 — Critical: your receptionist is not working at all.
- P2 — High: something important is broken and it is hurting your business.
- P3 — Normal: most questions and problems. This is the default.
- P4 — Low: a general question or a small visual issue.
Follow up on a ticket
- Open Support.
- Under My tickets, select the ticket.
- Read the replies, type yours in "Reply to this ticket…" and select Send.
Each ticket shows a status: Open, In Progress, Resolved or Closed. If you reply to a ticket that was resolved, it opens again.
You also get an email when the support team replies to your ticket or resolves it. A Closed ticket takes no more replies; submit a new one.
If you can't sign in
If you can't get into the portal, email support@bectify.com from the address you use to sign in.
Before you write
Search the help articles first. On the Support page, type your question under Search help articles, or look through Browse by topic. Many setup and billing questions are answered there.
